After deciding on our chosen method of homeschooling (a blend of Montessori and unit study) it was time to start setting up our Official Classroom area of our house. Right now, we are in a pretty small rental home so we aren't able to to anything too extravagant or permanent. Although we love the lessons that Montessori teaches, it can be a very expensive way to teach. We are starting out small and intend to add to our collection as the years go along. It is nice knowing that we are starting off teaching the oldest so the materials will be able to be passed down to the smaller kiddos. So what did we set up today?? Our reading and puzzle area! We will be adding more to our classroom as the summer goes on. I can't wait to share with everyone what we come up with!!
Such a cute class room. My Little diva start school this year - and I think it's time to move some "toddler" toys away :))
